Fairmile Properties Timber Decking

This waterfront property in Sonning is a brand new, mock Georgian boathouse. The brief here was to run the deck across the front of the property and out over the inlet, creating a dry area for a slipper launch to be moored.

The underside of the deck had a secondary sloping roof to take away any rain that came from the deck out to one side to keep the boat reasonably dry.
