Kenwood House Dam Structure

This was a restoration project to re-build the bank of the top lake with a dam structure at Kenwood House in Hampstead Heath London. This was to prevent further bank errosion and the two lakes below being over filled and ultimately the housing area thereafter.
The 50mm thick green oak vertical cladding and capping was fastened to steel shuttering over a length of 180 metres.
